Payment and refunds

When buying our products or services you agree to give us permission to charge your debit- or credit card for all relevant charges to the transaction. For which you will receive an electronic receipt. You also agree that we are authorized to share relevant information with third parties to complete the transaction.
Frontendstars will comply with all applicable EU consumer regulations regarding withdrawal rights and refunds for digital products, including templates and website themes.

Intellectual property rights

Any content distributed by us whether it be via email, our website or external website we hold the intellectual property to and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

When you buy a product you are granted a license for one HubSpot account on which you are allowed to use the theme, template or module. You may not republish reproduce or recreate our products in any way, or profit from the sale of our products licensed to you.

Your conduct

You are strictly forbidden from:

Causing damage to our company website or other property

 Systematically or automatically collecting data from our website.

 Sharing private and proprietary information from the Theme with anyone else.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the product in full or in part in the event you have violated any part of the terms and conditions.

Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the EU and the Netherlands. The Dutch court will have full jurisdiction over any case or controversy arising related to us or our products.
